Appointments Only. No Walk-Ins. Book in advance to ensure you get the day and time you desire. Click the Book Appointment button for easy online booking.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and some things are out of our control. With that being said, please be courteous and notify us immediately if you cannot attend your appointment.
Colds/Flu/Covid/Pneumonia: Cancel your appointment and stay home if you have any of the following symptoms: new or worsening cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, temperature equal to or more than 38C, feeling feverish, chills, fatigue or weakness, muscle or body aches, new loss of smell or taste, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea and/or vomiting, and feeling very unwell.
If you are displaying symptoms upon entry, your appointment will be cancelled.
If you start displaying symptoms during your service, your service will be terminated.
NO SHOWS
No Shows will be subject to a Missed Appointment fee that must be paid by Etransfer before rebooking. New client missed appointments will not be rebooked.
SALON RULES & PRECAUTIONS
Keeping everyone safe and healthy is OUR number one priority
No guests. This is a studio with limited extra space. Please attend your appointment by yourself. This means no friends, family members, children, and pets. Where the client is a child, one parent may attend with them.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We will continue to be in compliance with all the public health directives in addition to their guidance on health and safety for personal services settings.
Stylists will wash hands and change apron before and after each client.
A fresh cape will be provided for each client.
Surfaces that come in contact with clients will be disinfected prior to and after each client service performed.
ILLNESS
If the stylist is sick or feels unwell, all clients will be cancelled and the salon will be closed.
If you are sick or feel unwell, please stay home.
